About Phil Gimmack
Professional Life Coach
Phil' s Experience;
- Phil Gimmack built a highly successful IT consultancy practice during
the 90's working with large organisations helping
them work with and manage technological change. He soon realised
that Creating success for an individual and a business was down to similar factors.
He focuses his Life Coaching on specifically being authentic or true to an ethos or culture.
Phil's goal is to inspire others combining his corporate, hypnotherapeutic and Coaching experience
to establish people's winning ethos and encourage
understanding of their own values and passions. He is both passionate and compassionate as a Professional Life coach
and focuses on bringing about positive change in people's worK and lives.
- He is both a qualified NLP Hypnotherapist and has an Advanced Diploma in Coaching as well as holding a finance degree.
- He believes that client's should be able to see, feel and measure their own success and focus on Impact and benefits-driven coaching.
He uses tools and sophisticated questioning techniques such as measuring Emotional Intelligence (using the BarOn EQ-i). Powerful tools such as this
give people amazing insights and show provable positive change.
- He runs and facilitates both training and workshops to Coaches and clients and for the past 5 years presenting to groups of well over 100 people.
- He founded and runs the London Coaching Circle, an affiliation of 1000 Coaches dedicated to self-improvement through networking, seminars and workshops and the
promotion of Professional Executive and Life Coaching.
With his diverse business experience and engaging personality, Phil's
supportive and no nonsense approach will get you fired-up and moving forward
FAST. Coaching builds Success - a few words from Phil
"Coaching has been shown to bring real success to businesses and people since the 70's and
it will work powerfully for you."
"The clearer the ethos and values that a person or business has that
underpin their plans and actions, the more success will generally follow."
Why are businesses more open to coaching techniques
than individuals? Probably because businesses are far more focussed
on success than individuals. Ask yourself which term is more familiar
to you? A 'Business plan' or a 'Personal life' plan?
Hundreds of the largest and best known companies are spending £millions THIS YEAR on Coaching and are seeing the benefits not simply
on their bottom line. Why should only companies benefit from coaching? My goal is to help more and more individuals to
take advantage of the great techniques and processes Life Coaching has to offer and you don't have to live or work near me in London, England. Just Click here for an informal chat
