A little About Fiona Adamson
Fiona's Formal qualifications are B.A. M.Litt. Adv.Dip Psych. Cert. Supervision, providing corporate and personal coaching.
She is a Licensed Practitioner with Insights Learning and Development and trained as a Co-Active Coach with the Coaches Training Institute.
She is an Accredited Member of the Association of Coaching and is based in south Hertfordshire, England, UK.
She is a very personable character and loves working with individuals and groups to transform their personal and working lives.
Her supervision style is encouraging, challenging and inspirational.

Experience:
I taught at postgraduate level for several years before retraining and setting up my own Consultancy. Since 1990 I have run
a succcessful psychotherapy, supervision, training and coaching business,
in the private and public sectors with clients from business, coaching, teaching and psychotherapy. I have taught on
supervision courses and run workshops for supervisors for many years.
Training:
I have trained as a Co-Active coach, and, since qualifying as a psychotherapist in 1983. I was UKCP accredited for 7 years.
I am part of a group of 3 Coaching Supervisor specialists who run the Coaching Supervision Academy
www.coachingsupervisionacademy.com ,a successful supervision and training organisation.
I have also trained as a clinical Supervisor, and I have regular supervision for all my work as a neccessary part of my continuing professional development. I am an accredited Associate with Insights Discovery."
