Anne Thomas -RC 60 founder's Bio :

Anne Thomas worked for 14 years at Barclays Bank Plc. She worked her way up through to senior management and to Regional Sales Manager where she was responsible for the achievement of specific key business objectives across wide geographical areas. She has trained in the use of performance coaching skills with many of the top coaches worldwide and devised her own unique RC60™ system for accelerated coaching and developing coaching cultures within teams and organisations.

Anne is passionate about performance coaching and helping people achieve goals they first believed to be impossible. She grew frustrated at the standard length of sessions (45 minutes) as it meant that little or no time was spent in other areas of the business that need her coaching skills. It was these experiences that inspired her to create a coaching model for business managers and teams that would enable them to improve performance on a daily basis.

She set about considering how she could coach more people in less time and achieve even better results and in 2000, Anne left Barclays to pursue training and development in the United States where she studied the practices of some of the worlds’ finest performance coaches.

Anne established her own consultancy firm in the same year and immediately secured clients WH Smith Plc, Sun Microsystems, Viyella , NHS Trusts and many more. The next 3 years allowed Anne to design, refine and test her RC60™ accelerated coaching system that enable people to coach performance improvement in a matter of moments. It was during this time of testing that a team concluded their sales performance had improved by 362% in eight weeks.

She published her first book in 2004 and in 2005 launched a licensing programme for RC60™ to make the system more widely available. This system allows trainers in organisations worldwide to deliver these concepts cost effectively to their entire management teams as an integral part of their management development programmes.

In the same year her programmes were awarded accreditation and endorsement by the Institute of Leadership and Management such that they now offer internationally recognised qualifications for Business Coaching and Managing the Development of Coaching Cultures. Along with renowned training providers, RC60™ now forms part of nationally recognised management qualifications within the public sector.

She now has a growing team of trainers who work alongside her in helping organisations understand and apply RC60™ principles to measurable effect and produce a recognised return on their investment.

As her name and the RC60™ brand continues to grow, so does the development of the RC60™ Group formed in 2006 including the popular Sport60™, EnnEquine™ brands that offer these tools and techniques to specifically improve sports and equestrian performance.

Her depth of belief in knowing that anyone can create a life they really want and her desire to help people to do so led Anne to establish Results Coaching Club in 2007 as part of the RC60™ group. This unique and cost effective programme offers expert holistic life coaching to people wanting confidence, inspiration and focus to achieve amazing personal results and change their lives for the better.
